A U.S. execution partner built around a single question: what does a Korean company actually need on the ground to operate successfully in America?
Purpose
Why KROTHERS exists.
Korean companies expanding into the United States tend to encounter the same set of problems. Local workers are difficult to recruit and retain. Qualified engineers and managers are hard to find. U.S. safety expectations, site requirements, and local regulations are unfamiliar. And local contractors do not always read Korean schedules, communication styles, or reporting expectations the way headquarters does.
Managing several staffing agencies, subcontractors, and service providers to solve that only adds coordination work. KROTHERS is organised to reduce it — by supplying the people, taking responsibility for defined scopes of work, or doing both under one coordinated operating model.
