Project & Operations Solutions

We take responsibility for the work. Construction and project coordination for Korean companies executing in the United States — from installation through ongoing field support.

What this covers

More than people. Responsibility for the scope.

When a project needs more than additional headcount, KROTHERS can take on the actual scope: the crew, the trade partners, the supervision, the safety coordination, and the project management required to complete it.

That means one contract, one schedule conversation, and one party answerable for progress — instead of coordinating several vendors who each see only part of the job.

A field technician works from the guarded platform of a lift beside overhead industrial supports.

Practical questions

Before you get in touch.

What is the difference between supplying personnel and coordinating a scope?
Supplying personnel means workers or professionals join your operation and work under your direction. Coordinating a defined scope means KROTHERS takes responsibility for delivering agreed work — organising the crew, trade partners, supervision, and safety coordination required to complete it.
Can KROTHERS coordinate specialist trades it does not perform itself?
Yes. Where specialised expertise is required, KROTHERS organises suitable local resources and manages them as part of the coordinated scope, so you keep a single point of contact.
Does this only apply to new facilities?
No. Support can begin at construction, at equipment installation, or once a facility is already operating and needs field or maintenance support.
How does bilingual supervision work on site?
Bilingual supervisors coordinate between your project team and the U.S. field crews and contractors, so instructions, schedule changes, and site requirements are understood in both directions.
